1.1. Afrizon.xyz is operated by Chimart E-Business Incorporated, a business registered in Ghana on May 23, 2018, under registration number BN/259682018.

1.2. Eugene Daniels is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chimart E-Business, iTFreak Lab, and its subsidiaries.

2. Scope of These Terms

2.1. These Terms govern your use of Afrizon’s services, including all content, tools, and features available on the website and any related applications.

2.2. By using Afrizon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the platform.

2.3. These Terms are provided in English, and all transactions and communications will be conducted in English.

2.4. Afrizon reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

3. Selling on Afrizon

3.1. Selling on Afrizon involves creating an account, setting up your storefront, and listing your offers for customers to access and purchase.

3.2. Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product or service details, including descriptions, pricing, images, and any required files.

3.3. Upon approval, each vendor is assigned a unique storefront and store link to promote their offers.

3.4. Vendors can manage their storefront and products through their dashboard.

3.5. Afrizon provides helpful resources, including the User Guide, to assist vendors in using the platform effectively.

4. Payment Partners

4.1. Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers. Afrizon integrates with these providers but is not directly responsible for their operations.

4.2. Afrizon does not store or hold your funds. All transactions are securely handled by payment partners.

4.3. Our primary payment partner is Flutterwave, a licensed payment processing company operating across Africa and beyond.

4.4. While we carefully select our partners, Afrizon cannot guarantee their availability or future operations.

5. Accepted Services

5.1. Afrizon supports various digital transactions, including:

  • Event ticketing
  • Digital downloads
  • Subscriptions
  • Service-based offerings
  • Membership access
  • Booking and appointment services

6. Payouts

6.1. Vendors can receive payouts to their local bank account, mobile money wallet, or supported online wallets (e.g., Minipay, Eversend).

6.2. Funds are paid in your selected currency, subject to applicable exchange rates.

6.3. Transaction and transfer fees may apply based on payment provider policies.

7. Refunds

7.1. Afrizon may investigate complaints raised by customers regarding vendor offerings.

7.2. If complaints are validated, refunds may be issued and deducted from the vendor’s available balance.

8. Account Suspension & Deletion

8.1. Afrizon reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activities without prior notice.

8.2. Accounts that remain inactive for 4 months may be permanently removed.

9. Withdrawal Requests

9.1. Withdrawal requests must be made through the Payout section of the vendor dashboard.

9.2. Payments will only be sent to verified payout details associated with your account.

9.3. Any changes to payout details may require identity verification.

9.4. Verified withdrawals will be processed securely to ensure accurate delivery.

10. Marketing Responsibility

10.1. Afrizon provides the platform for selling. Vendors are responsible for promoting their products or services and driving traffic to their offers.

11. Approval & Disapproval of Listings

11.1. Afrizon reserves the right to reject or remove listings that include:

  • Low-quality or misleading images
  • Explicit or inappropriate content
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or corrupted files

3. Afrizon Buyers

3.1. When you purchase from a vendor on Afrizon, you are recognized as a customer and are subject to these Terms.

3.2. If you purchase an offer and do not receive what was promised, you should report the vendor to Afrizon through the contact page. This helps us investigate and prevent misuse of the platform.

4. Access to Vendors

4.1. You may purchase from vendors with or without creating an account. However, creating a buyer account is recommended to keep track of your transactions and purchase history.

4.2. All purchase history, order details, and downloadable files (if applicable) will be accessible in your account dashboard.

4.3. Vendor information is available on their storefront. You are encouraged to review vendor details before making a purchase.

5. Payments

5.1. Payments can be made securely using supported methods such as payment cards, mobile money, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available options.

5.2. For your security, always complete payments directly through the vendor’s storefront and checkout system.

5.3. Afrizon does not process payments directly. All transactions are handled by licensed third-party payment providers such as Flutterwave.

5.4. For payment-related issues, you may contact the payment provider’s support team where necessary.

5.5. All transactions should be completed within the Afrizon platform. Afrizon is not responsible for payments made outside the platform.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Afrizon promptly. We may temporarily restrict vendor withdrawals while we investigate the issue.

6.2. If your complaint is verified, a refund may be approved.

6.3. Approved refunds may be processed in the following ways:

  • Bank or Mobile Wallet: Refunds can be sent to your local bank account or mobile money wallet (applicable fees may apply).
  • Afrizon Wallet Credit: Refunds can be credited to your Afrizon wallet with no additional fees, which can be used for future purchases.
