How do I get started?

Click on “Start Selling,” create your account, and follow the simple steps to launch your store in minutes.

How long does it take to receive my funds?

You can request a withdrawal at any time. Funds are typically transferred to your bank account or mobile money wallet within 1 to 24 hours.

How secure is my money?

Every transaction on Afrizon is fully secure. All payments and payouts are processed through Flutterwave, a licensed fintech company trusted across Africa and beyond. This ensures your funds are handled with industry-standard security and reliability.

Can I use Afrizon from any country?

Yes, you can create and use your storefront from any country. If your local currency is not supported, you can receive payments in USD and withdraw using supported wallets like Minipay or Eversend.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

There are no additional fees when withdrawing in supported local currencies — you receive exactly what you request.
For USD withdrawals to wallets like Minipay or Eversend, a small processing fee may apply.

Is there a faster way to withdraw in USD?

Yes. If you have a Flutterwave account, you can receive funds directly using your Flutterwave ID and transfer them to your local bank account from there.

Do I need technical skills to get started?

No technical skills are required. Simply follow the User Guide to learn how to create and sell digital products, services, subscriptions, or event tickets with ease.

Can I sell physical products on Afrizon?

No. Afrizon is designed specifically for digital products, services, subscriptions, and event tickets. Additional features like fundraising may be introduced in the future.

What happens if a customer reports a vendor?

All reports are carefully reviewed. If a vendor is found to have received payment without delivering the promised product or service, their account may be permanently suspended.

Are there any other platform fees?

No. Afrizon operates on a simple commission model — you only pay 7% per sale. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Am I protected as a buyer on Afrizon?

Yes. You are protected when you complete your payment through the Afrizon checkout.
If you experience any issue with your order, report it within 24 hours for support.

Can I pay a vendor directly?

No. All payments must be made through the Afrizon checkout.
Any payment made outside the platform is at your own risk and is not protected.

Does Afrizon control vendor offers?

Afrizon does not control vendor pricing or how services are delivered.
However, we monitor the platform to ensure quality and trust. Any vendor found engaging in fraudulent activity will be permanently removed.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave, a trusted and licensed payment gateway operating across Africa and beyond.

Can I get a refund for an unfulfilled order?

Yes. Refunds may be issued if the issue is reported on time, allowing us to take action before the vendor payout is completed.

What if my payment was deducted but not completed?

If your payment was deducted but the transaction was not completed, please contact the payment gateway directly using your transaction ID. They will assist in resolving the issue.

Can I be both a buyer and a vendor?

Yes. Afrizon is open to everyone. You can purchase from other vendors and also create your own storefront to start selling.

Are there any additional payment charges?

A standard transaction fee may apply. This fee is charged by the payment gateway, not Afrizon—similar to other online payment services.
