4.1. Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers. Afrizon integrates with these providers but is not directly responsible for their operations.
4.2. Afrizon does not store or hold your funds. All transactions are securely handled by payment partners.
4.3. Our primary payment partner is Flutterwave, a licensed payment processing company operating across Africa and beyond.

4.1. You may purchase from vendors with or without creating an account. However, creating a buyer account is recommended to keep track of your transactions and purchase history.
4.2. All purchase history, order details, and downloadable files (if applicable) will be accessible in your account dashboard.
4.3. Vendor information is available on their storefront. You are encouraged to review vendor details before making a purchase.
5.1. Payments can be made securely using supported methods such as payment cards, mobile money, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available options.
5.2. For your security, always complete payments directly through the vendor’s storefront and checkout system.
5.3. Afrizon does not process payments directly. All transactions are handled by licensed third-party payment providers such as Flutterwave.
5.4. For payment-related issues, you may contact the payment provider’s support team where necessary.
5.5. All transactions should be completed within the Afrizon platform. Afrizon is not responsible for payments made outside the platform.
6.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Afrizon promptly. We may temporarily restrict vendor withdrawals while we investigate the issue.
