Learn how to use your seller dashboard with guides tailored to your offer type. Whether you prefer reading or watching, choose the format that suits you best.

If you haven’t done so already, follow these simple steps to set up your store profile:

Step 1: Open Settings

If you’re using your mobile phone, open the menu (≡) at the top left.
Click on “Settings.”

Step 2: Complete Your Store Profile

Fill in all the necessary details, including:

  • Name
  • City
  • Country
  • Phone number
  • Profile image
  • About Us

Then click “Update” to save your changes.

Step 3: Explore Additional Settings

To access more options such as social media links and store SEO:

Click the small menu (≡) at the top right, next to “Store Information.”
You can explore and update each section as needed.

Step 4: Set Up Your Payout Method

Open the menu (≡) and click on “Payouts.”

  • Click “Configure”
  • Select your payout method
  • Enter your payout details
  • Click “Save Info”
Step 5: Withdraw Your Earnings

To withdraw your funds:

  • Click “Withdraw”
  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  • Submit your request

Your funds will be processed within 1–48 hours, depending on your payout method, country, or currency.

Step 1: Go to Products

If you’re using your phone, open the menu (≡) at the top left.
Click on “Products”, then select “Add Product.”

Step 2: Enter Your Offer Title

In the Product Name field, enter a clear title for your offer.
Examples:

  • CapCut Pro Access
  • How to Make Money Online
  • How to Produce Liquid Soap
Step 3: Set Product Type

In the Product Data section:

  • Leave it as Simple Product
  • Tick Virtual if you will deliver the service or content manually (e.g. via WhatsApp or email)
  • Tick Downloadable only if the file will be delivered instantly after payment
Step 4: Add Pricing & Details
  • Enter your price
  • Upload your file (if applicable)
  • Upload your banner using the Product Image section
  • Select the appropriate category (e.g. Services or Digital Products)
Step 5: Select Product Type (Custom Field)

Choose the correct Product Type (Service or Digital Product), then complete the remaining fields accordingly.

Step 6: Describe Your Offer

Provide a clear and simple description of your offer. Use this structure:

  1. Start with a short explanation of your offer
  2. Clearly list what the buyer will receive
  3. Explain what happens after payment
  4. Tell the buyer how they will receive the offer
  5. Add your WhatsApp number or email for easy contact
Step 7: Submit Your Product

Scroll to the top and click “Send New Product for Review.”
Your listing will be reviewed and approved shortly.

Sell your service or content as a subscription and get paid weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Step 1: Go to Products

If you’re using your phone, open the menu (≡) at the top left.
Click on “Products”, then select “Add Product.”

Step 2: Enter Your Offer Title

In the Product Name field, enter a clear title for your offer.

Examples:

  • CapCut Pro Access
  • Video Editing Classes
  • Learn Ghanaian Language
Step 3: Set Product Type

In the Product Data section:

  • Select Simple Subscription
  • Tick Virtual if you will deliver the service manually (e.g. via WhatsApp or email)
  • Tick Downloadable only if files or links will be delivered instantly after payment
Step 4: Set Subscription Pricing
  • Enter your subscription price
  • Choose the billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly)
  • Upload your file or video link (if applicable)
  • Upload your banner using the Product Image section
  • Select the appropriate category (Subscriptions)
Step 5: Group Multiple Plans (Optional)

If you offer different plans (e.g. monthly, 6 months, yearly):

👉 Enter the same name in the Group ID field for all plans
Example: CapCut Pro

This will group all subscription options together for easy selection.

Step 6: Describe Your Offer

Provide a clear and simple description using this structure:

  1. Start with a short explanation of your offer
  2. Clearly list what the buyer will receive
  3. Explain what happens after payment
  4. Tell the buyer how they will receive the offer
  5. Add your WhatsApp number or email for easy contact
Step 7: Submit Your Subscription

Scroll to the top and click “Send New Product for Review.”
Your listing will be reviewed and approved shortly.

Step 1: Go to Products

If you’re using your phone, open the menu (≡) at the top left.
Click on “Products”, then select “Add Product.”

Step 2: Enter Your Event Title

In the Product Name field, enter a clear title for your event.

Examples:

  • Afro Vibe Pool Party
  • Trading Seminar 2030
Step 3: Set Product Type

In the Product Data section:

  • Leave it as Simple Product
  • Tick the “Ticket” checkbox
Step 4: Set Ticket Price

Enter the price for your ticket.

Step 5: Add Image & Category
  • Upload your event banner using the Product Image section
  • Select the appropriate category (Event Tickets)
Step 6: Complete Event Details

Select Product Type → Event Ticket and fill in the required fields:

  • Event date
  • Event time
  • Location
  • Contact details
Step 7: Group Multiple Ticket Types (Optional)

If you offer different ticket options (e.g. Standard, VIP, VVIP):

👉 Enter the same name in the Group ID field for all tickets
Example: Afro Vibe

This will group all ticket options together for easy selection.

Step 8: Describe Your Event

Provide a clear and simple description using this structure:

  1. Briefly  explain the event
  2. List what attendees should expect
  3. Explain what happens after purchase
  4. Explain how attendees will gain access (ticket ID, QR code, etc.)
  5. Add your WhatsApp number or email for easy contact
Step 9: Submit Your Ticket

Scroll to the top and click “Send New Product for Review.”
Your listing will be reviewed and approved shortly.

List your rooms for daily, hourly, or monthly bookings and receive payments in advance.

Step 1: Go to Products

If you’re using your phone, open the menu (≡) at the top left.
Click on “Products”, then select “Add Product.”

Step 2: Enter Your Offer Title

In the Product Name field, enter a clear title for your listing.

Examples:

  • Luxury Room
  • Family Room (4 Guests)
  • Double Room with Meals
Step 3: Set Booking Type

In the Product Data section:

  • Select Bookable Product
  • Under Booking Duration, choose Customer Defined Blocks
  • Set the booking unit (day, night, hour, or month)
  • Define the minimum and maximum duration a customer can book
Step 4: Set Pricing

Click the last icon (💳) on the left side of your screen:

  • Enter your Block Cost
  • This should be the price per day, night, hour, or month (based on your setup)

👉 The system will automatically calculate the total cost based on the selected duration.

Step 5: Set Capacity (Optional)

If your pricing depends on the number of guests:

  • Tick “Has Persons”
  • Click the last icon (🆔) on the left side of your screen
  • Set minimum and maximum number of guests
  • Tick “Multiply all costs by person count” if pricing should increase per guest

👉 If not needed, leave it unchecked for a simpler setup.

Step 6: Additional Settings

Click the third icon (📅) on the left side of your screen:

  • Set availability dates
  • Add buffer time (e.g. cleaning or preparation time between bookings)

👉 Note:
“Blocks” refer to your booking unit (day, night, hour, or month).
“Buffer” means a break period between bookings (e.g. cleaning time).

Step 7: Add Images & Category
  • Upload your banner using the Product Image section
  • Select the appropriate category (e.g. Hotel Booking)
Step 8: Complete Custom Fields

Select Product Type → Booking
Then fill in:

  • Apartment/Room location
  • Contact number
Step 9: Describe Your Offer

Provide a clear and simple description using this structure:

  1. Briefly explain the room or space
  2. List features (bed type, WiFi, meals, etc.)
  3. Explain how booking and confirmation works
  4. Explain how guests will access the room
  5. Provide your WhatsApp number or phone number
Step 10: Submit Your Booking

Scroll to the top and click “Send New Product for Review.”
Your listing will be reviewed and approved shortly.

Step 1: Open Your Dashboard

If you’re using your phone, click the menu icon (≡) at the top left corner.

Step 2: Go to Products

Click on “Products” and wait for the page to load.

Step 3: Select the Product to Edit

You will see all the services or content you have already listed.

Click on the three dots (…) beside the particular product you want to edit, then select “Edit Product.”

Step 4: Update Your Listing

This will take you back to the product publishing page, similar to when you first created the listing.

Edit your details as needed, then scroll to the top and click “Send for Review.”

Step 5: Review & Approval

Your updated listing will be reviewed and approved as soon as possible.
