🧭 HOW IT WORKS

  • Login to your dashboard
  • Click Products → Add Product
  • Enter your product name (e.g. “Afro Vibe Pool Party” or “Trading Seminar 2030”)
  • In Product Data, leave as Simple Product
  • Tick the Ticket checkbox
  • Enter your ticket price
  • Upload your event banner
  • Select Category → Event Tickets
  • Set Product Type → Event Ticket
  • Fill in event details (date, time, location, contact, Group ID)
  • Add a clear and simple description of your event
  • Click Save Product or Submit for Review

🔗 GROUPING MULTIPLE PLANS (IMPORTANT)

If you offer multiple ticket types (e.g. Standard, VIP, VVIP):

👉 Enter the same name in the Group ID field for all tickets
Example: Afro Vibe

This will automatically group all ticket options for easy selection.
